Strategies to successfully implement the AP/OD program with limited staff capacity and funding

Managing the implementation of various programs and projects can be challenging to effectively execute with limited resources such as low staff and funding. This workshop will provide you with suggestions that will support the implementation of the AP/OD program despite the minimal resources available.

This workshop will cover the following topics:

• Implementation: Participants will learn about key recommendations to deliver the AP/OD program to ensure successful implementation, especially for newly certified facilitators.
•  Managing Limited Staff: Participants will learn practical approaches to successfully deliver the AP/OD program despite minimal staffing.
• Managing Limited Resources: Participants will learn practical methods to leverage current resources and will learn how to seek resources to ensure effective implementation.
•  Importance of Partnerships: Participants will learn the importance of building partnerships to supplement resources and support the ongoing implementation of AP/OD program with great success.
